Film or TV Series what has late Victorian Hair

The Young Victoria

As I began to research into late Victorian hairstyles in film, on youtube I came across 'The Young Victorian' film. I have watched the trailer and suddenly fell in love with it, as i'd never heard of it before but loved the story concept and it much reminds me of Great Expectations. I am going to actually watch the film...

Hairstyles in The Young Victoria

This hairstyle really outlines the props that the victorians used in their hair and for this case, flowers, I love this hair style from the swooping hair covering the ears but not covering up the elegant earring and the little bun and the middle of the head which has probably got hair wrapped around it.

The youthfulness and playfulness of this design is what is outlined in this image, how they have matched the colours of her dress to the flowers and accessories in her hair. It is was little girls of my generation would do so it is familiar with the audience and sense of to create the youth of Victoria.

Close up of hairstyle, it is probably my most favourite.
